Good Intentions and Mindful Actions

Today, I finally set up an intention tray. I stole this awesome idea from @Apartment Therapy

The Intention Tray is filled with items that can help you implement mindful habits into your daily routine.


Items on my tray:

The beautiful crystal jar reminds me to keep shining. My cool journal is for writing, and also is a great reminder to always write my own story & to be myself —> #courageous #beyoutiful #wanderlust. My beloved stones, and crystals prompt me to stay focused & they also keep me calm & grounded,.

The hourglass is key to appreciating freedom, and also fills me with joy, and signals me to value my time. The Pothos plant inspires me to never stop growing, and also encourages me to be more rooted. My fav Gua Sha tool is now used daily for a calming facial self-care routine. #mindfulness Having these items in plain sight sets the tone to heal, grow & evolve. #creative #heal #goodvibes


Intentional arrangement of your favorite treasures right in the forefront infleunces a boldly positive mindset, which emphasizes soul-full practice. A deeper “inner-self-care” is intentionally curated with mindful habits, which can be artfully utilized throughout the day.
